    Nowadays, it is difficult to imagine constructions such as industrial or agricultural (storage rooms, freezers, freezers, premises for outbuildings) without the use of multilayer panels.

    SN - PIR LT multilayer panels are intended for the construction of external walls and internal partitions in frame constructions. The design of the panels allows for easy and quick installation both vertically and horizontally. The mechanical resistance properties of the plates allow the use of less load-bearing structures. The surface of the steel sheets is resistant to weathering, aggressive environments and corrosion. The surface is protected from these effects by a high-quality coating system. The most commonly used 0.5mm steel sheet is externally covered with a 25μm thick PE or PVC coating. Due to its smooth and soft surface, it is suitable for both interior decoration and exterior walls.

    ·       Profiled tin gives the walls an aesthetic look.

    ·       A double lock connecting the panels ensures high fire resistance.

    ·       The plate joint lock facilitates the installation process and increases thermal insulation.

    ·       Polyurethane intermediate PUS, integrated at the production stage, ensures high thermal insulation properties.

    ·       Aluminum foil prevents water vapor from penetrating into the PIR polyisocyanurate filler of the panel.

      The multi-layered SN PIR LT wall PIR panel is made of five filler thicknesses: 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm. Steel sheets, galvanized on both sides, are used to cover Sandwich panels type EN 10346. They are coated with an organic polyester varnish with a coating thickness of 25 μm. Polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) with a density of 40kg/m3 (+/- 10%) and a calculated coefficient of thermal conductivity λ = 0.022 W (m۰K) is used for the filling of multilayer Sandwich panels (from 2020, multilayer panels are produced in the MAX version with a filler of coefficient λ = 0.019 W (m۰K).The width of modular panels: 1000 mm and 1140 mm, and their standard length is from 2.0 m to 12.0 m. According to the customer's special order, we provide panels shorter than 2.0 m and longer than 12.0 m, and the maximum length is 16.5 m. The tightness of the plate joints is ensured by the PUS flexible polyurethane gasket, integrated at the production stage.


    • Available colors depending on sheet thickness, plate thickness and module width;

    • Standard sheet thickness; as well as sheet thickness 0.6 and 0.7 mm;

    • The thermal insulation performance of panels depends on the thickness of the filler and is expressed by the coefficient of heat transfer through the panel (shown in the table below). The acoustic parameters are determined based on EN ISO 10140-3 and EN-ISO 354. The wall panels can be used for partitions with lower sound insulation requirements than listed below. Chemical corrosion resistance - multilayer panels according to EN ISO 12944-2 can be used in environments with C1, C2, C3 environmental corrosion categories.


    • U factor for panels with standard filling, the factor of which is λ = 0.022 W / m ∙ K;

    • U-value for panels with PIR MAX filler with λ =0.019 W / m ∙ K coefficient.
