    Nowadays, it is difficult to imagine constructions such as industrial or agricultural (storage rooms, freezers, freezers, premises for outbuildings) without the use of multilayer panels.
    The advantages are high energy class, modern and dynamic material, good sealing properties and fast construction. Weather conditions do not matter for the installation of multi-layer (PIR) panels, they can be carried out at any time of the year. Multi-layer (PIR) panels are the most popular compared to other wall construction materials, their installation is quick, the surface coating is durable and long-lasting, requiring no maintenance. It maintains stable dimensions during operation, does not absorb moisture, and does not form mold.

    DN PIR LT - multi-layer roof panels, adapted for roofing, with deep profiling of the outer coating (trapezoidal shape), as a result of which the roof withstands long-term roof loads. The panels are fixed with screws to the wooden, steel or reinforced concrete structure. The tightness of flat joints is ensured by a polyurethane gasket applied at the production stage.

    The minimum slope of the roof slopes is 3° (5.2%) without skylights and 5° (8.7%) for roof coverings with longitudinally connected panels. The steel sheets are galvanized on both sides according to EN 10346 with an organic polyester varnish with a coating thickness of 25 μm.

    • Multi-layered DN PIR LT roof panel is produced in seven thicknesses of PIR filler:

    •                40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 ir 160 mm. 

    •            Modular width: 1000 mm.

    •   Standard length: from 2.0 m to 12.0 m. According to the customer's special order, we provide panels shorter than 2.0 m and longer than 12.0 m, with a maximum length of 16.5m.

    • Polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) with a density of 40kg / m3 (+/- 10%) and a calculated thermal conductivity coefficient λ = 0.022 W (m۰K) is used for the filling of multilayer panels (from 2020, multilayer panels are produced in the MAX version with a filler of coefficient λ = 0.019 W (m۰K). 

    • Fire qualification: REI 30 / RE 120.

    • Reaction to fire: B-s1, d0.
